We are friends with a couple that do a lot of traveling. When they go on trips, they like to take along small card games or trivia cards that they find at thrift stores between trips. Sometimes they will leave them in a public area for other to use/enjoy and other times they bring them home. Because they know we have a collection of games, they often pass some of these games onto us.
My husband visited with them recently on a work trip and they gave him this Pocket IQ test.
You may not know this about me but I like any sort of test, survey or puzzle and it is even more appealing if it is timed. I was genuinely excited to sit down and answer these questions.
This isn’t an official test; it is sold as a novelty item. That being said, some of the questions do make you think.
I thought I would share this in case there are others reading who enjoy tests like I do. I suggest that, regardless of whether you like tests or not, you should try it. Attempt to work out the answers and then check your responses. It gives your brain a little workout and we all need that as we get older. Once I saw the correct answer for those I got wrong, the lightbulb came on and, given a similar question in the future, I will most likely figure it out.
You will need a sheet of paper and pen for your 60 answers. You will also need space on that paper to work out a few of the answers potentially. I like to “show my work”.
The last picture shows the answers so don’t scroll down prematurely.
I hope you enjoyed the quiz.
It really is good to put your brain to the test sometimes.
WOW will have to print this out at some point.
